The schedule of the company is from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. On Saturday we work from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. But in real estate you work also in Sundays and mostly in no office hours.
About my activities:
I check my e mail and connect the online service that we have through our internet site. www.alcazarcorporation.com which is supervised from 8am to 6 pm. Then I check our advertisements at the newspapers and the information of the internet site. I supervise the new advertisements for the newspapers. I assist to the appointments that I have arranged days before in order to show the properties and talk more about financing and facilities.
I am all time ready to go to visit the houses, lands, buildings, offices, that we have available for selling or renting. I make calls to other real estate companies in order to give more options to the clients that call us or contact us daily by mail or online so i can make an appointment with them and I can offer more options.
With a worker we go to check the new properties, take pictures, put the new advertisements of sale or lease. When we agree in a sale or rent conditions, i prepare the contracts and require the information from both sides. I am looking around for new options so i can enlist them in Alcazar inventory.
Every Thursday I assist to the Mexican association of real states from 8:30 to 10:30, where we discuss about the displacement of real estate in the state of Tabasco as well as we take decisions about the association, new members, training, etc. There we exchange opinions, experiences and inventory. In the association I am in charge of the inventory that are exclusive of each real estate company so I monitor that the properties are in order with their information and papers. So every one can work safely with the properties from the others companies and make share operations.
In my free time I like to play golf, I enjoy it a lot with friends and also with my Mom who is starting to play. I like watching French movies as I speak French.
I love travelling. I like to know new places in Mexico and other countries. I specially like beaches. I like bowling, gym, etc. I tried to go to the gym everyday from 8:00 pm to 9:00pm.
I like to keep in touch with friends by msn.

I am 26 years old and I currently work in the City Hall of the Municipality of Oaxaca de Juarez, in the state of Oaxaca. My work consists mainly in assisting or helping the municipal secretary. I am in charge of the agenda of the events that my boss attends, the coordination of the events that the Municipal secretary organizes, and also the distribution to the documents and correspondence and documents from the Jefe del departamento de control y tramite (and also the secretary). In the board meetings held every wednesday where all of the council members are present, I am in charge of the reading of documents. Another job that I have is the public's concerns and the contact that I maintain with the additional departments of the municipal secretary.
I have an interest in knowing about the administrative composition of the state and the cities in Tasmania.
Alicia Yaneth González Domínguez (27)
Qualified as a Lawyer but works Kids Dental Center Manager
In the mornings I must open the clinic, to review the agenda and to confirm the appointments of the doctor with the patients who goes to take care of, also to check all the material, apparatuses of laboratory and works of the technician. Other days I must review the financial situation and see the deposits in the banks.
There are occasions, in that I must make interviews with companies, schools and businesses with which we are working and of making presentations of the medical services of the clinic, also I must review name and personnel handling whom there is in the clinic
In the afternoons my work is now as the advances of treatment of the children go and to make exhibitions of budgets for treatments to the parents.
In my days of rest I like to make short trips with my friends to places of tourism adventure or we make communitarian activities with the partners of my club rotaract
Diana Tonantzin Obrador (32)
Art Degree and job is as a Photography Teacher
I am a Photographer, and I work in the Universidad Autonoma del Carmen. I teach photography shop to preparatory students. In our shop we carry out different activities such as developing and printing in black & white, alternative photography like pinhole cameras, Photograms and encourage them to experiment and have fun while getting familiar with laboratory materials. Upon the end of the semester, we prepare an on-campus expo, as part of demonstrating and showing the work that was created in these shops. During class it is important that students acquire technical and practical abilities with the use of the camera, but that they also conceive photography as an instrument for creating and manifesting themselves artistically.
I am also a member of the academy of arts for the university, which is in charge of study planning for the career in Paint, here I am responsible for lecturing in Digital Art, and will commence this coming August, hence I find myself preparing for this task.
My personal hobbies are reading, visiting museums and traveling
