All Rotary clubs have audiences with whom they should communicate including the media, local government officials, the business community, civic leaders, and other organisations, as well as qualified prospective members and people directly affected by Rotary service projects.
The District Public Relations team is available to assist clubs in developing a message for these audiences and finding a way to deliver it is public relations in action. Assistance is available in developing and forwarding information to Rotary Down Under through our newly appointed District chair Rod Oliver.

• There are practical constraints on publishing material in the DGNews e.g., no available space, format cannot accommodate complex graphics e.g. posters and long articles and reports. Because the DG news is a monthly publication, delays of 3 – 4 weeks can occur before publication.
